Operator referral agreement (v1.0)

This agreement is between BucketTreks ("we") and the operator named in the signature record ("you").

1. Listing. We list your publicly published trips and prices with a verification date and a link to the source. You may correct them through the operator portal; corrections are reviewed and published within 7 days. 2. Referral commission. You pay us 10% of the total booking value (excluding taxes and third-party fees) for every confirmed booking that arrives through your tracked BucketTreks link or quotes your BucketTreks promo code, or that results from a quote request we routed to you. 3. Tracking. On signing you receive a tracked link and a promo code. You agree to honour the promo code on your side and to report bookings that used it. 4. Statements and payment. We send a monthly statement of referred bookings. You confirm or dispute it within 14 days and pay the undisputed amount within 30 days of the statement date. 5. No influence on ranking. Nothing in this agreement changes where you appear in our comparisons. Rankings are by the traveller's chosen sort only. 6. Badge. While this agreement is active you may display the "Compare us on BucketTreks" badge and we display a "Direct deal" badge on your listing. 7. Photos. Photos you upload are ones you own or hold a licence for, and you grant us a licence to display them on your listing. 8. Accuracy. You keep your published prices and inclusions accurate. We may suspend the direct-deal badge if a traveller is quoted materially more than the published price without a stated reason. 9. Term. Either party may end this agreement with 30 days' notice by email. Commission remains payable on bookings referred before the end date. 10. Signature. This agreement is signed electronically through the operator portal. The signature record (name, email, IP address, timestamp, agreement version and document hash) is the record of signing.
